SevenOne International is the worldwide programming distribution company of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group, one of the biggest and most successful pan-European media companies, represented in 13 countries with 24 Free TV Channels.
The premier quality of the SevenOne International portfolio has been confirmed by such renowned awards as the Golden Camera, the Bambi, and nominations for the Rose d’Or. The range and variety of its program is ensured by commissioned productions for its group-own broadcasting systems and cooperative ventures with a wide array of independent producers, such as TeamWorx, Janus Film, Tele München, Moovie, Brainppol, Keshet Formats, Constantin Entertainment, Granada, Endemol, Studio Hamburg, Allmedia, X-Filme, Darlow Smithson Productions and Storyhouse.
In both inhouse and outside productions, SevenOne International focuses on TV and video sales and their ancillary rights in the European, Asian, and North and South American markets. Besides its existing sales potential in such established markets as France, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, and the Benelux countries, SevenOne International has also directed its attention to further expanding the lucrative growth markets of China and Eastern Europe.
In the future, solid sales potential will increasingly be found in such sidelines as DVD highlights, sweepstakes, fan sites, call-in campaigns, and similar items. There is a clearly growing tendency to exploit other sidelines as technology continues to progress. A very wide range of sidelines is especially evident in the distribution of formats.
Since the subsidiary was established in the fall of 2004, a young and dynamic team with many years of experience in the film business has been built up.
