Even at the tender age of 17, Jessy knows exactly what she wants. But when her mother suddenly dies in an accident, Jessy is forced to take on an adult’s role and assume all of the responsibility for herself and her two younger sisters.
The situation suddenly changes when her long lost father Harald, who had disappeared directly after the divorce, unexpectedly appears at the door.
Hardly recognizing their father, the girls quickly realize that Harald is far from an expert on female matters.
In addition, being an army ex-general, the word “housework” doesn’t exist in his vocabulary. Despite all of the controversy his appearance has sparked, Harald is determined to make this new situation work and hopes to re-unite the four of them as a family.
But Jessy isn’t going to be easy. For too long she’s had nobody telling her what to do, and being a teenager, her emotional state is anyway far from stable.
She’s still furious at her father for his sudden disappearance after the divorce. Adding to the fire, Harald is sticking his nose into her blooming relationship with her classmate Sascha. 
With the wrath of an angry teenager she does everything in her power to get rid of her father and disrupt his attempts at family harmony. But will she be able to keep up her vengeful crusade or is a reunited family actually more important?
