Shy Jessica is a beautician and has only very recently separated from her brutal husband, while the brassy and single Nora works as a gas station cashier. During the fire department’s annual ball, Lilly catches her fiancé cheating on her and her world falls apart.
As revenge, the girlfriends impulsively steal the fire department’s cash box. They flee to Nora’s gas station… just as a luxury car drives up, with the handsome and charming millionaire Alexander behind the wheel. After he drives off, the girls discover he has left behind his invitation to a charity function in Berlin…
Lilly, Nora and Jessica seize the opportunity to travel to Berlin for a luxury girls’ weekend, courtesy of their stolen money. With eyes shining, the country girls arrive in the big city in the hope of meeting a millionaire. Instead they meet Jo, who Lilly likes, but a broke tour guide is not quite what they’re after.The three again run into Alexander, who quickly becomes enamoured with Lilly. 
His seductive charm wins over all three girls, and he helps them out of their financial misery and initiates them into the world of the wealthy elite.
By accident, Lilly runs into the tour guide Jo again.
Jo helps Lilly forget her heartache; he seems to really care about what she thinks and feels. 
What Lilly doesn’t know is that Jo is actually the heir to a multi-million dollar Italian wine dynasty, but must spend a year out in the world before he can access his inheritance. If there’s one thing Jo can’t stand, it’s a gold-digger looking to snare a millionaire husband, but he’s still attracted to the warm-hearted Lilly.
She, however, is close to falling for Alexander, even though she knows he’s not the right guy.
Before things go too far, Lilly decides to listen to her heart. She seeks out Jo, but he’s given up hope on Lilly and returned to Tuscany. Even if she’s able to find him in Italy, will he believe her that she wants him for his love and not for his millions?
