With their newly won riches, the Leenders and Moes have moved into an upscale neighborhood at the exact time when the arrogant Bestevaer family is facing financial ruin.

For years, Jaap Leenders has been running his own landscaping company, while his wife-to-be Cindy works as a self-employed manicurist.

Both have a child from a previous relationship. They are a hard working family, so when Jaap wins the lottery, he keeps it to himself.











Stef and Melissa Moes are the exact opposites of the Leenders. Stef enjoys luxury while Melissa, Cindy’s sister, has a strong sense of social justice but dreams of being a high-society celebrity.

Adding to the chaotic, anything-goes atmosphere are their two children.
