They say time is money, and they are right…
“Clockwise” is a fast-paced, studio-based game show where tension mounts as contestants attempt to beat the ultimate rival – the clock.
The rules of the game are simple: Every second is worth money. In each round, the contestant gives as many answers to the host’s question as he can. How many Spanish-speaking countries can you think of? Sounds easy? Think again! With only 15 seconds to rack up the points, there’s no time for hesitation.
To advance to the next round, the contestant needs to provide the minimum number of correct answers, which increases as they progress. Each correct answer earns the contestant cash, adding up the contestant's account.
If the contestant does not come up with the minimum number of correct answers, a 'lifeline' is provided – a chance to select the right answers from a list.
A contestant who fails here is eliminated from the game, with no winnings, and a new player is pitted against the clock.
Contestants who survive the first 5 rounds will face one final question for all the cash that has accumulated in the account.
With 30 seconds on the clock, they now have only two options: to take their time or take the money!
“Clockwise” is a smart, tension-filled and enthralling game show for the whole family.
